This is the back porch ceiling. It is finished all the way around the house. We just need to paint it light blue. It will be trimmed out with cedar boards that will be painted white. Thanks to Jim Yongue for all of his help installing the ceiling boards. You can also see the outdoor fireplace in this photo.

This is another view of the salon bathroom. This room is pretty much complete. We need to add grab bars on the wall and a towel bar. The floor turned out really nice. We used a laminate tile product that locks toghter like laminate wood flooring and it really looks like real tile!

The salon is almost done as well. We have the floor down and we just need to add a sink and wall station. Photos of that will be coming soon!

This is a picture of the sink, light fixture and mirror in the salon bathroom.

This is the part of the house where Jeff finished up the siding. The last shake went up in the very top of the center peak. He did an amazing job. We are so Thankful that God kept him safe all of that time up on the roof.

This is a view of the back of the house behind the garage. This photo is just to show that the siding is complete.
This is the mirror, sink, and light fixture that we chose for the Pine Room. Everything turned out so nice in here. The paint color is perfect. The color is actually called Pine Needle!

This is the bathroom in the Pine Room. It is finished.

This is another view of the Pine Room. We are currently using maple furniture in here but we plan to have pine furniture in here when we open.
This is the Pine Room. The room is finished except for
some trim around the floor and installation of blinds. This room faces the driveway and has a beautiful view of the woods and sideyard. The colors of the trees along the woodline are so
pretty right now.

This is a photo of the mirror and light fixture in the walnut bathroom. The walls are actually a very light yellow color. We will be using dark purple bedding and curtains for contrast. This room is almost complete. We just need to have the old clawfoot tub re-finished and we'll be all set.

Here are Jeff and Shelby relaxing on the hammock after a long and hard day of work. I bet you can guess wich one worked harder!

This a view of the back of the house. Many thanks to Jeff's Dad who built the railings on the decks for the three suites upstairs. He visited us in July and we put him to work! Jeff could not have gotten this done without him. Thanks Dad! It looks great!

This is my favorite view of the house. This is what our guests will see when they come down the driveway. As you can tell the siding is all done! All 25,000+ shakes are on! Remember, we hand dipped each one and hung them up one at a time. We started staining in August of 2008 and ended in August of 2009. It was exactly 1 year and 1 day for us to finish.

Jeff finished the trim around the large windows in the living room and entry way. They turned out so nice. This is a photo of the one in the living room. The other window in the enrty is just a bit smaller than this one.
